What happens to credits I don't use?
A month's plan credits are for that month — they reset when the next month's arrive. Top-up credits are different: they keep for 12 months, whether or not you have a plan.
What do I get without paying?
100 credits when you sign up, 5 more each day you come back, and 100 credits a month of AI chat on top. The daily 5 lapse at midnight UTC rather than building up, so they last that day only. Every model and feature is included — the free tier is a smaller size, not a cut-down product.
Do I need a plan at all?
No. You can buy credits any time from $5, with no subscription, at 100 credits a dollar. A plan buys them at a better rate and sends them monthly.
Is anything locked to the expensive tiers?
No. Every image, video and audio model, and every feature, is on every plan including the free one. The tiers are sizes, not feature sets.
Can I get more credits than the top plan gives me?
Yes. Studio comes in 3 sizes — 12,000, 24,000 or 36,000 credits a month — at the same 104.3 credits a dollar whichever you pick, so a bigger size is more credits and never a worse rate. Choose one on the card before you subscribe. If you are already on Studio, your size changes in the billing portal: a bigger one is charged pro rata from the day you change it, and a smaller one takes effect at your next renewal.
Does talking to the AI cost credits?
Every plan includes AI chat and agent turns each month — 100 credits' worth free, 400 on Creator, 1,000 on Pro, 3,000 on Studio. The allowance is in credits rather than in messages because a message has no one price: a turn is metered on what the model that answered it costs us, and a typical exchange — about 6,500 tokens of prompt and 800 of reply — costs 0.16 credits on gpt-6-luna and 15.75 on gpt-6-astra, so how far an allowance goes depends on which model is answering. Past the allowance, chat costs credits at the same rate as everything else, and your account page shows what is left.
What does yearly actually save?
30% off the twelve monthly payments, and the credits still arrive month by month rather than as one lump you have to spend before it lapses.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing portal. You keep the plan itself until the end of the period you have paid for. Credits are separate: each month's allowance expires at the end of that month, on a yearly plan as much as a monthly one, because a yearly plan delivers its credits month by month. Top-up credits are untouched — they keep their own 12 months whatever happens to the plan.
